If you are having a vibration in steering wheel while driving around 45 mph-65 mph, it could be a bad tire. It is hard to see when the vehicle is on the ground but a shop that lifts your vehicle can spin your tires and look for bumps in the tire. This could be caused by a busted radial belt in the tire. Normal tire should be on a level plane across the tread of the tire, with a busted belt in can have a hump in the plane that will cause vibration at higher speeds.
